Pretzel is a great first pony! She is very laid back and kind. Respectful & responsive to cues. Goes Western and English, too. Trots over poles, walks over bridges, weaves cones, lopes on both leads and always stops on whoa. Goes in a snaffle, hackamore or curb...even a halter! She's the type of pony that is happy to walk around with a little one and doesn't take advantage of them, and a more knowlegeable kid can lope her through barrels, poles and even jump low poles! Not a spooky or flighty pony in any way. She is never "marey" or cranky. Always likes to work and is a good sport. Not herdboud or sour in any way. Safe in her stall when eating, has never kicked or attempted to bite. Great to clip, bathe and for the farrier. She is rock solid for a child to learn about grooming and tacking up! She's been a kids' lesson pony & hauled to shows. Great loader & safe hauler. She's so gentle and respectful that you can even worm her without a halter on! Is always easy to catch in the field. She is wonderfully mannered in hectic show and arena environments. Has been around roping events and other cattle work, too. Good on outdoor trails, water, will follow or lead. No illness, ailments, injury or colic in her history. Current on all. Good teeth, good eater, easy keeper. Great home is a must, payments possible. No trades.
